Estate Liquidations
In an estate liquidation we come to the residence and list the entire contents in one of our auctions. After auction completion all items are removed from the premises and you get a check the same day! This is the easiest way to sell an estate and prepare the real estate for market.
Partial Estates (Downsizing)
In a downsizing auction some or maybe even most of the estate is sold. We still come to you and list all items for sale in one of our auctions. You still get the items cleared out and a check the same day!
Fast to sell
Typically we can list the auction, sell the items, and have them removed from the premises within 2 weeks of when you contact us about your sale.
Fast to Pay
You get a check for the proceeds on the same day we get the money (normally on the day the items are removed from the sale site). It's your money and we don't make you wait for it!
How does it Work?
Initial Evaluation
After you contact us we'll come to you and see the items for sale. We can determine the pricing structure for the sale and can even arrange for appraisals of especially high value items.
List the sale
We take photos of all items for sale and list the sale online. We also promote the sale via our e-mail list.
Remove Items
Sold items are removed. Optionally, any unsold items can be removed and donated to charity or discarded.
Get Paid
Finalize the sales figures and get paid!
