Pricing
In the US most estate services companies charge between 30% and 60% of an auction's value as their fee. We impose a buyer's premium at auction to cover many of our costs and reduce the overall expense to the seller.
We come to you and do an initial evaluation to determine the price structure for the sale. Large estates with high value items get lower prices since the revenue will be higher for the same amount of work as it would be for a sale with lower value items.
